Returns & Refunds policy

Our coffee beans are freshly roasted and classified as food products. For this reason, returns or exchanges of opened or unsealed packages are not possible due to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Returns are possible in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery (e.g., wrong variety or quantity)

  • Damaged goods upon arrival (e.g., torn packaging)

  • Quality issues that are demonstrably caused during production or shipping

How to request a return:

  1. Please notify us of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order via email.

  2. If possible, include a photo of the damaged or incorrect product.

  3. After review, we will either send you a replacement or refund the purchase price to your original payment method.

Exclusions from returns:

  • Opened or unsealed coffee packages (food safety reasons)

  • Claims made more than 7 days after receipt

  • Products not purchased directly through our online shop
