For over 80 years, coffee has been at the heart of Martha Cecilia Rodríguez’s family. What began with her grandfather was passed on to her parents and then to the next generation of seven siblings.

Recognizing the potential of their small farm, Martha made a bold decision: to replace the traditional varieties with the rare and celebrated Geisha. In 2021, she took another step forward, embracing natural processing to unlock even more complexity and character in the cup.

At 1,800 meters above sea level, her Geisha cherries are carefully fermented for 90 hours in sealed barrels, before being slowly sun-dried on covered patios for around 30 days — a patient process that delivers a cup as elegant as it is expressive.
